Appeal for assistance to become debt-free

A Humble Appeal for Financial Support to Protect My Family from the Burden of Debt

Assalamu Alaikum.

I am an ordinary working person. For the past three years, due to a significant decline in my income and difficult financial circumstances within my family, I have had to take loans at different times to meet essential needs. At present, because of multiple debts, I am going through an extremely difficult situation, and the normal life of my family has also been seriously affected.

Currently, I have more than BDT 800,000 (8 lakh taka) in total outstanding loans and financial liabilities from different sources.

Among these, I have a loan of approximately BDT 350,000 (3.5 lakh taka) from a bank. A legal case related to this loan is currently ongoing, and because of my financial difficulties, I have been unable to make the required payments regularly.

In addition, I took a loan of approximately BDT 200,000 (2 lakh taka) from a cooperative association in Dhaka, Tangail Buro. The installments for this loan are still ongoing, and I currently have to pay approximately BDT 14,000 per month toward this loan.

I also have debts totaling more than BDT 250,000 (2.5 lakh taka) borrowed from several people I know.

My current monthly income is approximately BDT 50,000. My family consists of myself, my wife, one son, and one daughter. My son is currently studying in college, and my daughter also has educational expenses. Approximately BDT 40,000 per month is spent on essential household expenses alone. In addition to these expenses, meeting loan installments and other financial obligations has become almost impossible with my current income.

Over the past three years, my income has remained insufficient, and the burden of debt has gradually increased. At present, the pressure of loans, monthly installments, and outstanding payments has left me in a very helpless financial situation.

I am not asking anyone for money without a genuine reason. My sincere intention is to repay as much of my existing debt and financial obligations as possible, reduce the long-standing financial pressure on my family, and return to a stable and normal life.

For this reason, I humbly request financial assistance of BDT 800,000–1,000,000 (8–10 lakh taka) from those who may be able to support me. If I receive your assistance, my first priority will be to settle the most urgent and overdue debts. Any remaining amount will be used to manage essential family expenses and continue my children's education.

I am willing to provide the necessary documents, loan information, and other supporting evidence to verify the authenticity of my financial situation.

If you are able to support me financially, it would give me and my family an opportunity to overcome this difficult period and rebuild our lives. Even if you are unable to provide financial assistance, I sincerely request that you share my appeal with others who may be able to help.
